Though there are commercial options that you can use to get rid of the raccoons you can also use natural methods or prevention to send them away without killing them. Using pesticides for example to kill the grubs eaten by raccoons in an effort to ward them off could lead to an Imbalance in the animal kingdom and cause an excess or deficiency of another species. ● Bright light.
All those flood lights you see in other people's homes are actually great ways to chase Arkansas raccoons off your property. They feel exposed to predators since they are nocturnal and love the darkness.

● Citrus spray.
Many animals are put off by the pungent smell of citrus plants. Make a citrus paste and add it to a spray bottle. Spray the outside of your house and this will keep the Little Rock raccoons away. They hate the smell.

● Use predator urine.
If you can get your hands on some predator urine then it would be best to use it around your home. Raccoons just love bird seeds. They will do anything to get to them including chewing the feeder. This is an easy way to keep them from feeding on the seeds. ● Live traps.
Place traps on burrowed holes during the day to capture them at night as they leave to rummage for food.
